My Personal Journey
Why I Became A Counsellor...
Hi, I'm Natasha

A little bit about me...
My journey to becoming a counsellor began with my own personal struggles.

Like many, I've faced challenges with low self-esteem, low self-worth, and feelings of not being enough. Within this time, I have had to navigate life as a parent and handle not only my own emotions but those of my children too.
After many years of repetitive cycles and behaviours with my relationship choices, this led to many years of domestic violence. My self-esteem was broken, and I lost my individuality and sense of who I actually was. Domestic violence is a cause that is very close to my heart and has shaped who I am today.

Through resiliance and strength, I learnt how to find myself again and wanted to help others through hardships. This catapulted my own journey into personal therapy. Within this time, I experienced healing, growth and found my purpose and sparkle again.
I decided to dedicate years of my life to counselling and help others gain back their strength. Choice is significant to me, which is why I trained as an Integrative Therapist with the core values of person-centred therapy:

Empathy
Congruance
Unconditional Positive Regard
