How I Work
As a person-centred, integrative counsellor, I am committed to helping individuals unlock their potential for growth and change, guiding them towards achieving their unique goals.
I decided to dedicate years of my life to counseling and help others gain back their strength.
Choice is significant to me, which is why I trained as an Integrative Therapist with the core values of person-centred therapy:

Empathy
Congruance
Unconditional Positive Regard

I have studied different therapy styles to cater to all people. Some may prefer the warmth of talking-led, person-centred sessions, while others prefer homework CBT styles to view tangible progress, seeing improvement on paper.

To name a few... counselling can enable us to work through:

Attachment styles
Childhood experiences
Negative biases and core beliefs holding you back from change

'Cognitive therapy seeks to alleviate psychological stresses by correcting faulty conceptions and self-signals.
By correcting erroneous beliefs we can lower excessive reactions.'
